DR. D.K OLUKOYA’S MFM SET TO CELEBRATE 30TH ANNIVERSARY

To God be the glory, the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) Worldwide is 30 years old.

The Anniversary Committee, entire Pastorate and MFM at large with the supervision of Dr. Daniel and Shade Olukoya has concluded plans to make the 30^th Anniversary impactful and memorable as the new beginning for a Re-Arrangement for Revival with the destiny changing programme for the people of God as they celebrate MFM 30^th Anniversary.

According to a reliable source from Teemark Limited and staunch member of MFM, we gathered that there would be many expectations at the August Anniversary programme filled with Uncommon Peace and Salvation, Unlimited Breakthroughs and Unlimited Deliverance for all the attendees from all walks of life and other churches in Nigeria and abroad that would be coming to felicitate with Dr. Daniel & Shade Olukoya in Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM).

The 3 days bumper 30^th Anniversary programme that will revive Marriage, Destiny, Joy on all fronts, Projects, Promotion and Breakthrough will take place from Friday, August 23^rd to Sunday, August 25^th 2019 respectively at the Prayer City, Km 12 Lagos-Ibadan Expressway where Dr. D.K Olukoya, the God’s General and other anointed men of God would be ministering with abundance praise and worship to the King of Kings and the Lord of Lords.

For the records, in the beginning towards the 30 years journey of Mountain of Fire and Miracles (MFM) Worldwide, our investigations revealed that soon after Dr. D.K Olukoya completed his Ph.D. in the United Kingdom, and while working at the Nigerian Institute of Medical Research, he summoned a prayer meeting and this was on a Wednesday in 1989. And, it was on top score that only 24 brethren showed up at the meeting in the living room of Dr. Daniel Kolawole Olukoya. 

After that meeting, the voice of providence kept calling for subsequent meetings. At these meetings, the power of God came down and verifiable miracles began to happen in the lives of the attending brethren. The power of God began to evangelize the prayer meetings and a spiritual explosion began with people coming from far and wide to seek the face of God. 

With more and more people attending the prayer meetings, a larger location was required. The prayer meetings moved to 60, Old Yaba Road, Yaba, Lagos. Here, the teeming crowd of believers grew in even more amazing proportion necessitating yet relocation. 

The prayer group was offered an abandoned slum located at 13, Olasimbo Street, Onike, Yaba, which was later purchased. It was a fairly large piece of land near the second gate of the University of Lagos. That slum has now been transformed into the International Headquarters of the Mountain of Fire and Miracles Ministries (MFM) Worldwide. The name "Mountain of Fire & Miracles Ministries" was revealed to Dr. D.K Olukoya during normal prayer and the church had its first service on April 24, 1994. 

Even at the new location, believers and those seeking help kept coming leading to a very large congregation. This situation posed a challenge of crowd, growth and expansion management to the leadership of the church. Thus, under the direction of the Lord, MFM evolved a strategy of a network of branches in every state capital, local government headquarters, senatorial district and locality. Till this day and across the world, MFM branches spring up as one of the fastest growing churches of this generation. International church branches first started in London before spreading to the United States, Canada, and the rest of Europe, the Caribbean, Africa and Asia. On every continent, MFM is profoundly visible and greatly impactful as the bible believing church celebrates 30^th Anniversary. Praise God, Hallelujah!
